Returns are free. If something arrives damaged, isn't as described, or fails within its warranty period, we'll make it right.
Change of mind
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Cut-to-length goods and special orders are excluded.
Faulty goods
Products that fail within their warranty period are repaired, replaced or refunded per the manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Keep your invoice — order history in your account is accepted as proof of purchase.
How to lodge a claim
- Contact us with your order number and a description (photos help).
- We'll email a prepaid return label for eligible claims.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
